How to add more success with every passing year? Analysing past year learnings and setting the roadmap for the year ahead makes for a good foundation. And that was the focus of the 4th ArmaTrac Annual Dealer Meet. Held in Antalya between 3rd and 5th February 2020, the meet was attended by ArmaTrac dealers from around the globe.
The meet included intensive presentations by the export sales, finance, quality, aftersales services and product management departments. During the product management presentation, the dealers were introduced to the new models that were added to the ArmaTrac product family. ArmaTrac dealers wanted tractors with low horsepower as there was an increasing demand for the same. Precisely why, the launch of ArmaTrac 254 (24 HP) and ArmaTrac 354 (36 HP) created a lot of excitement. Dealers who had to meet the demand for tractors with high horsepower weren’t disappointed either. The new ArmaTrac 1304 PS (130 HP) and ArmaTrac 1004 PS (102 HP) were launched to meet this demand of the farmers. Both models come with the power shuttle feature which has been in demand for long. At the end of the product management presentations, there was a display and demo of the new tractors right outside the meeting venue. This gave dealers a chance to experience and understand the tractors in complete detail.
Every year at the meet, ArmaTrac awards its Top 3 dealers for their achievements in sales, marketing activities and aftersales services. This year, ArmaTrac dealers of Slovakia, Moldova and Serbia got awarded.
At the end of the meet, a Q&A session was held where dealers clarified their queries and also put forth the market demands. Their queries were answered by the department representatives, and ways to spread ArmaTrac's brand awareness further were discussed. It was concluded that attending fairs, irrespective of their scale, was crucial for the brand. Thus, all the ArmaTrac dealers decided to attend more fairs than they had done in the previous year.
It wasn’t all work at the meet though. Dealers got to unwind at the cocktail dinner which had a live concert as well. ArmaTrac took the opportunity provided by the meet to further strengthen its bond with its dealers, as well as to celebrate the passion, dedication and hardworking attitude which has paid off globally.
