Customer connect Program in Bangladesh

Mahindra’s business partners in Bangladesh, Karnaphulli and Rancon, flagged off the “Unnati Mela”  (Customer Connect Program) from May to July 2022. The aim was to facilitate direct interaction with existing and potential customers and other stakeholders. Multiple customer melas and product demonstrations were organized across the country as a part of this prestigious event.

An effective communication campaign helped in drawing a large number of attendees, for this event. Over three months, the team interacted with existing and prospective customers and gathered significant insights into their changing needs and aspirations. The event aided in a significant demand generation & recall that had an overall positive rub off on the brand.
