Comprehensive campaign to optimise dairy farming

01 December 2024

Mahindra is set to make a significant impact in the dairy farming sector with a strategic new initiative aimed at showcasing the superior quality and performance of its machinery. In a notable partnership with a leading agricultural publication, Mahindra is launching an extensive campaign designed to highlight the benefits of its 6000 line of tractors and their role in modernising dairy farming practices.

The campaign will leverage a multifaceted approach, including a collaboration with a prominent agricultural magazine, which will feature focused advertisements and institutional material spotlighting Mahindra’s global strength. Additionally, the magazine’s journalistic section will host a Q&A feature, through which queries from people will be answered monthly by Mr. Josué Beutler (After-sales Specialist, Mahindra). This partnership is further enhanced through participation in Balde Branco TV, expanding the campaign's reach.

The campaign’s highlight includes the ‘Mahindra na Prática’ (Mahindra in Practice) program, which made a notable appearance at Agroleite, a premier dairy technology exhibition held in in Castro, Paraná, the National Milk Capital of Brazil. This event, known for its comprehensive forums, seminars and workshops on agribusiness, served as a perfect platform to showcase Mahindra’s contributions to dairy farming.

In addition to Agroleite, the program visited the Solomons family farm, a leading dairy operation with 390 lactating cows and a daily milk production of 15,000 litres. The farm also engages in the production of corn for silage, oats and ryegrass, and utilises three Mahindra tractors, i.e. the 9500S, 6060 and 5050 models, for their daily activities.

The Mahindra na Prática program, available on the Mahindra Brazil channel, will have new episodes every month, providing valuable insights on the practical applications of Mahindra tractors in dairy farming, and keeping farmers informed about the latest best practices in the industry.
